2019-20 Strength Training Schedule

  • All athletes 10-12 will be enrolled in 2-day Advanced Strength Training PE class during each semester
    • All athletes have the option to choose 4-day Advanced Strength Training PE (contact Coach Lundt)
  • Athletes can choose Early Bird Advanced Strength PE
    • 6:30-7:20am
    • Monday, Wednesday, & Friday
  • Freshman
    • 1st Semester
      • Tuesday & Thursday mornings
      • 6:45-7:30am at the High School Weightroom
    • 2nd Semester
      • All Freshman are enrolled in Strength Training PE Class
  • Middle School (7th and 8th graders)
    • Tuesday & Thursday mornings
    • 6:45-7:30am at the High School Weightroom
    • Scheduled off-weeks
      • Week of: September 16, October 14th, November 18th, February 3rd, March 9th, April 13th, May 11th
    • **Schedule will change when new Middle School weightroom is completed
