The Tiger Strength and Performance Training Center provides the tools we need for our athletes to maximize their athletic development. Our facility is specifically designed for safe, efficient, and effective training. State-of-the-art flooring provides for an ideal surface for strength and plyometric exercise, as well as acceleration and change of direction training. With over 3,600 square feet and 16 Olympic power racks, teams of athletes can train together and be grouped based on ability. Additional equipment includes dumbbells, kettlebells, glute-ham developers, stability balls, med balls, hurdles, and plyo boxes. This allows us the opportunity to train all aspects of athletic development.
